Main V123 site sucking again today

Okay Freddie,

I have no doubt I must be one of your office staff's 'favorite' posters by now, but when are we going to get the server problems with the main site resolved? It's 5 p.m., EDT, Monday, and I can't even respond to leads. I tried to answer leads and the site is timing out. When is V123 going to look into this and give us a solution instead of answers like "Be patient, guys, change is just around the corner!"?

Have any of your I.T. people checked bandwidth issues? How can we hope to even attempt to answer leads if the site crashes during peak hours?

I have to admit, this daily issue is becoming exceptionally frustrating.

I will need to agree this time, I´m not able to work on the site as well.

Our IT department is looking in to the issue right now, I´ve sent the message a few moments ago.

Ok, Scott the site should be working as normal now. We´ll be doing as much as possible to keep the actual site´s structure stable and fast, the problem was identified and Voice123´s will be cutting back on a few processes to attempt avoiding these.

The good news are that these issue are only temporary, the New Voice123 was developed thinking of these, the processes come optimized and streamlined.

Please be patient for a few days more.
