Who do you know...Brush with Celebrity

I know that many of you are celebrities in your own right, but today I was thinking, as I listened to the great voices on Dora the Explorer... Who are these voices? A couple of characters sound like the same guy. Then I thought, I'll bet those guys at V123 even know some famous voiceover talent on animated shows.

SO I thought I'd post the question: Who do you know who does voices for these shows? Any brushes with fame out there? Robert, certainly YOU! Smile

Great question!

As far as the v/o industry -- I have been meaning to ask if anyone knows this lovely, kind, generous soul....truly one of the nicest and most deserving guys in the business----Maurice "Moe" LaMarche , animation voice extraordinairre. He and I once bolstered eachother's confidence over the telephone during the very depressing Screen Actors Guild strike of '00. Anyone else out there been in contact with this Canadian gentleman?

3 years ago, I did a dramatic radio series with Jennifer O'Neill (anyone remember her?) In regards to stage, film, etc. -- I have rubbed shoulders with fellow Chicagoans Daniel J. Travanti ("Hill Street Blues"), and John Mahoney ("Frasier").

I know Victor Harris! Good friend....we go way back.... Wink
