Hi guys!

I was looking through my Quiken the other day and noticed that I have times of real feast and real famine. It seems that I'm either churning out 4-5 projects a day or 4-5 projects every 2 weeks. No in between. Does anyone else experience this? Is it the same every year? Are there times of the year where your inbox overfloweth and times when you can't give your voice away?

All right, September...where you been hiding?
You're seriously good, girl.

Come and play at the oddly-named Demo of the Day, won't you? We toss in our favourite takes of the day and then savage each other's work.
It's great fun.

And yes, I have the same weird feeling..although 4-5 projects a day has never intruded on my nap time yet.
Nice to hear from you.

Hi again!

thanks for the compliment Robert Smile Honestly, I had no clue these forums were here. I just happened to be poking around the site last night and saw them. I'm not always the brightest bulb on the tree....I'll definitely be posting demos for people to shred! I love that!!

I'm a nap person, too and even when I;ve got that many projects, I still make time to curl up some afternoons Wink

Hi, September (hmmm...what month you were born?) Wink

I have the same experience. When I first signed on to V123, in the first 2 months I landeded 12 gigs. Then for a month there was nothing, but now I'm back in business...2 last week.

So, from my own professional standpoint, it is feast and famine. But the way I see it, as long as you have other gigs going locally (with your agents, etc.) look upon those Private Leads from V123 as a nice, pleasant surprise....which I know you do!

And whoa....you are good, girl!!! Specifically your station tags, and video games...and your valley girl is a TKO!!.....Hey, I'm in Orlando...let's work together sometime!

Hi Cira! (beautiful name!)

WOW! Your character voices rock! So much versatility, how useful! And so you do the agent thing and use V123 to kind of supplement your voice work income? That's cool. Did you find your agent or do they find you? I'd love to work with you sometime!!

Thanks so much...I credit my timing and pacing to doing lots and lots of theatre! Yes I am represented by 3 agents and I frequent a couple of local studios. (I'll p.m. you sometime...don't want to put the fine folks in the Forum to sleep! Laughing )
