Audio Technica AT2020 Studio Microphone seems like a good first buy. Very Happy After tinkering with my hand-me-down an old band member of mine gave me I realized it is a uni-directional coil microphone.

Not really helpful in the realms of VO. And with that being said it is a hope that with an EQ pre-amp and this Audio Technica on the way via UPS I should have this ASAP and not end up MIA from forums but let's keep that on the QT. Ahhhh acronym fun.

Seriously though, I admit the technical side is waivering and was wondering if some tips could be tossed my way like some much scraps to a starving Oliver Twist. I'd appreciate any you have to offer at this point. saves me graying hair before 40. Embarassed

Visit the Geek Place. Lots of tech discussion there.
