I generally down-sample them to 96k to squeeze them in.

With all this chat about it being Friday night and drooling and what-have-you, I figured I'd post a little ditty that I used to regale my co-workers with by playing it over the house paging system every Friday afternoon back when I was Production Director at one of the nation's fine radio stations.
