This "funny" is definitely low-brow humour. I was recording an audition while it was still cool enough in the "studio" to do so (freakin' August heat in Los Angeles, no central a/c, stupid flight-path to local small-craft airport, grrrrrr!), and in the middle of a paragraph, had a small eructation. At least I turned away from the microphone to set it free...

Considering the product, my husband thought it was rather apropos.

Nice. As my dad used to say, "Better up than down!"

Don't feel bad. I once got paid to sing 2 songs at 2 church services. Ever burped while singing a solo, live? LIVE PERFORMING you just got to love it.

I wonder if Amy Grant would have laughed at my rendition of El Shaddai. At least nothing happened durring the Twila Paris song. Embarassed pfeifend

I had never been to an Episcal Church before. I felt so decadent drinking wine at 7am. I was hardly awake for the first service. Shocked
