Congratulations! I think this is a great site and a great and helpful tool.....I am new using this... and today I was uploading my Demo...I had problemas because it is 70 seconds and the file it is WMP ...using windows Vista media..how can I get my Demo tape shorter..without cutting off 10 sec OF the last track..because it is one of the best......Today it is Saturday March The First,2008.

Welcome. You need to save your demo as an mp3, not a WMP. Then it should upload with no problem.

Hi Grace,

I'd suggest you get Audacity (it's freeware) and I *think* it's available at www.sourcforge.net. If not, just do a Google search for Aucacity.

Anyway, there's an add-on program called, "Lame" which when placed within the Audacity program will allow you to save your .wav files as .mp3's. Then from there, it's a breeze to upload your demo. I just used it to upload my demo a few minutes ago.
