I read your previous posting and the response you received from Scott Pollack. I must say that I have to agree with him about the feel of your production and delivery. Your second attempt at this presentation was only slightly better.

The field of voiceover is very wide. There are many different niches to fill. The high-impact 'TV imaging' one you are going after here is not for you, I'm afraid. It's not a good fit for your voice type, or vice-versa. There are many voice talents that cannot or should not do them, myself included.

So find the area of voiceover work that you do best and explore the minute variations in that field. There should be an area that you can do naturally. I have a feeling you could do better at something that is more relaxed, even a conversational style. But regardless of what you find, unless it's for a certain character part, good pronunciation and appropriate projection is very important. You need to work on that. Also be aware of your natural accent. If it's not approporate for the job, you should try to reel it in.

Spend a lot of time at these forums, especially Critique My demo and Leads and Reads, to hear the various types of deliveries and make comparisons. It can be a long road, but listen, learn and try. All of us are still a work in progress.

All the Best!
