Hello,

I am considering to audition more english VO work, and I need some
guiding and tips on how to continue to develop skills in the BIG language. I know that practicing is the thing, but are there any books,
pro-views on the subject, any other not native English speaking VOs with thoughts on this matter?

Shocked

Feel free to post any critique and feedback. Thanks

Leif.

Hey Leif,

Ha I don't think you're as far away as you think you are. You've got such a unique accent there. Sometimes it sounds British, sometimes it sounds almost... like German. I think that would be a great sellable quality as it is.

But of course having a straight North American accent in your back pocket would open even that many doors for you.

Now, I'm no linguist, so I can't really help you grow, but I just wanted to say that what you have now is very sellable. If I were a marketer for Audi let's say, I think you're voice would fit perfectly.

Thanks for your reply Lucas......

Audi? really? Never thought of that.
