sound effects

Hi, I've been working feverishly on a new narration demo. I want to add sound effects like a golf swing, birds chirping etc...anyone know the best source for these sounds? Can I get them somewhere online for free or do I need to buy something??

Not sure about these specific sounds but there's a TON of free sounds at www.soundsnap.com
