Hi Scott!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us and thank you Freddie for making us aware of it. Regarding your initial comment that was brought to the attention of the Customer Relations and QA department in charge of approving and verifying the leads you receive; I can inform you that, we could check all the leads that were approved yesterday Feb 28th and only 25% of them , required a specific location. Please do not worry about this; it was a big number of leads requiring location indeed, but it is not a very usual situation. We really appreciate you are keeping us posted on every odd situation you notice.  |
