I attended a terrific "Leaders Breakfast" this morning where the keynote speaker was Byrd Baggett. If this guy ever makes it to your neck of the woods it will be worth whatever it costs to listen to him speak. Truly inspiring.

Hey Todd, this speaker seems to have had an impact on you, you are soooo
much more mellow today with your posts.
