I've noticed recently that when I access the main V123 site (with our leads, profile, etc.) it seems to be inordinately slow in loading. Not just when I first access it, but when trying to use ANY function, such as reading leads, answering leads, deleting files, etc.

Is anyone else running into this? I don't have this problem here on the savvy forum. Does V123 need to look into increased bandwidth, what with the increased number of members now accessing the site?

Lets put it this way, I now have time to load the laundry, make some fresh coffee, run errands... well almost. so In answer to your question Scott, yes I'm experiencing a slow load response from the site.

I couldn't get to leads at all last night so live chat told me to clear my cache and by god that worked! Try clearing your Internet cache.

That works fine most of the times. Just a quick question for all of you, have you noticed the site being slower at specific times? or is it an all the time type of situation?.

We just want to dig in a little bit and try locating the problem.

The main problem I have is with answering leads at any time of the day. The page is incredible slow to load, so when I say I have time for chores, I'm not kidding.

Colin, I will try your suggestion of clearing the internet cache (when I can figure that out for a Mac), but if that was the issue wouldn't that affect every page I try to load?

I'm pretty darned computer savvy and I've cleared my cache more than once. I don't notice that it's any worse at any particular time of the day, but it DOES seem to be really, really sloooooooooooooooow when you go to read the leads, delete leads and so on.

Ok, I just had a chat with Alex regarding the site´s speed and we should expect changes with the new Voice123. Unfortunately the development time is limited and and the new version is about to be released, so spending time fixing something that will not be operational in a few days will be a waste of time.

Please be patient, we are close now.

I just saw this thread so I'll add whatever info I can. I noticed it a few weeks ago and posted a thread. Since then, things have been touch and go. For the most part, it loads fine, but I've found that it's more frequent around or just after 3pm EST and especially slow when leads come in at that time.

Don't know if that helps....

It's 3:15 p.m., EST, Monday 2/19, and voice123.com is HORRIBLY SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW in terms of opening up the leads and returning to the inbox. Unbelievably slow.
