Problems with web site

I am writing to this forum in the hope that the people responsible for the web site are listening. The reason I am writing to the forum is because I get a page not found when trying to click on to the email customer support link.

I have a gripe about the page used to create a project. I spent some time filling everything out and just before hitting the button to create the project I thought I'd check the Terms and Conditions link below the button. This took me to the terms and conditions but then I clicked the back button to go back I'd lost all my field entries!!!! Ahhh!!

Could you please change the site to open a new window when clicking on that Terms and Conditions link or any link the user might detour off to.

Other than that it's a pretty good site and the idea is great.

Shaun, In the future you might want to contact customer service directly, but in this case I have made them aware of your issue.

Well as I said the reason I was writing to the forum was because when I tried to click on the email to the customer service I got a no page found error.

And now in fact I can't even get to the voice123.com site at all! Only this forum. Just when I was going to listen to some auditions for my project!!

I believe they went down for some hours during the wee hours of the night.

Also, Customer Service does not conduct business during the weekend.

I tried to uload files twice while submitting an audition and it took forever. So frustrating 'cause I have DSL connection and now the project is closed.....
