I'm just curious as to what the "standards" for doing a custom demo to answer leads with are? Do I only send raw recordings, or should I put a bit of production behind it, i.e. use a bit of graphic equalizer and music beds?
Thanks!

Hello Kevin,
Normally a dry read will do the trick for the audition, post production and extras are only recommended on your profile’s demos and final work.
The main idea with custom demos is to show the client your voice capabilities and delivery on their specific script, do not worry about any extras at this point.
One thing to keep in mind is to mention post production and recording capabilities on the lead’s remarks.
Hope this helps. |
