Incredibly, via my recording company's presence on a local Wilmington arts board, a local computer/webmaster firm that had previously declined an offer on my behalf from the real estate agent I was doing tours for, contacted me to be the "voice" of their new real estate virtual tour product! I'm providing all their VO in 2 different tiers, a library of stock phrases that they'll later insert into standard-priced Flash tours (the retainer part) PLUS they will be doing higher-end Flash tours for higher-end homes and builders (lots of that still going on in SE NC despite the housing problems elsewhere), for which I'll get a fee per tour, which is even commensurate with local :30 radio in various markets! This is shaping up to be a lucrative year already, and I think a lot of it has to do with getting over my fears of rejection and just getting myself the heck out there! Here's wishing equal lucrativity (?!?!) to everyone as well.......

Well done Chris! That is excellent news for you. I know what you mean about getting over your 'hang-ups'. I started this year with the fresh mindset to just 'get on with it regardless' and so far it seems to be paying off!

And don't even talk to me about housing problems..!

Adam Very Happy

Way to land a big one, Chris!
Those on-going gigs make for a solid foundation.

Guess it's just a late ChrisMezz present...
