I had originally posted this in "The Secret" topic. Due to the kindness of some fellow VO's, who in response sent a gift for Olivia , I not only wanted to acknowledge them with thanks, but ask if anyone works for companies that are known to hold sponsorship funds for children.

This little story is about being thankful. I have a 10 year old, Olivia, who I have taught to remember her thankfulness daily. In the mail today she received an invitation by nomination to attend the National Youth Leaders Conference in Washington DC..leaders of tomorrow. Totally out of the blue her teacher and school nominated her as an outstanding individual who achieved academic excellence and possesses strong leadership skills, She was so overwhelmed she cried. Financially this is no small chunk of change to participate, so we brainstormed lists of companies to write to, she mentioned the trip to neighbors who have all started handing her checks..all in a matter of 4 hours. She is positive that through the process of being thankful she will be going to DC.

So, point being believe and you will receive, and age has no relevance to the law of attraction.

Oh, and yes I'm so proud of her!

Thank you everyone for the wonderful PM's I'm receiving.

Olivia was up at 5am brainstorming,She is so excited I doubt she really slept much last night.
