Hello Everyone! I'm not new to the industry of voice acting (background in Radio and Stage performing) But I'm new to Voice 123. I've been "lurking" since December. Wow, I have learned so much from all of you! Just wanted to thank you for your discussions. You are all a wealth of information, talent and generosity to devote so much time and consideration to us "newbies". I'm taking voice-acting lessons currently, and have read (cover to cover) Alburger's, Art of Voice Acting. I have so much more to learn! ( I listen and listen to YOUR voice demo tapes and really enjoy that. Keeps the ears keen too.
I've landed one gig on Voice since December, and one nice bite. I'm currently the narrator on an audio book series, so that's keeping me busy too. I'll continue to appreciate your words of wisdom. (Do you know the Forum is my "late-night reading material") Yah! Thanks so much for allowing the rest of us to learn from you. You're a swell bunch.

I am a transplanted Seattleite and I remember hearing you bringing me the traffic! Good to see you around.

Hi Debbie, the forums are full of help, I couldn't get by without them.

I'm in Puyallup WA, 5 minutes from the Tacoma Dome, where are you?

Good Morning! Love, love your voice! Do you ever NOT nail an audition?
I've been in and out of the business for years, doing different things at different times, but they all seem to be voice-related. I'm way up here in Snohomish County, just outside of Woodinville. Got family down in little ol' Sumner. Good to hear from you. "Demo of the day" is just fascinating and what a learning tool on this forum. I may have to slip in one of my own now and then and get the feedback. What a great way to learn what went wrong (or right) Have you been getting some good gigs and keeping your voice in shape?
