Colin - great thread... it's brough out some interesting views.
Scott - I agree about you and JS. I was a bit shocked by his initial posts, but after having read and spoken with him, I can honestly say he's a great guy with a lot of industry knowledge. And you've "come out of your shell" (you little crustation you!).
Both JS and Scott are on my "must read" list of posters. Great experience and advice for beginners and experts alike.
Kudos to all for making this place ROCK!,

Thank you, Joe... very much. I don't feel like I'm even in the same league as J.S. and a handful of others here and am humbled to even be able to offer some thoughts and advice. And believe me, I learn something here every single day myself. I think that's why I've been able to land a handful of jobs here; because of the advice I've been reading here and putting into practice myself.
Let's face it, I think we can ALL learn SOMETHING from each other in some form or another. From some such as Colin it may be more technical expertise. From others it may be things such as how to network and build our business, and so on. There's no one on this forum who CAN'T contribute something worthwhile. And no one here who CAN'T benefit from SOMETHING said SOMEWHERE here.

Scott, totally off topic, I love all your avatars......
until this one, it's so distracting, whether I have ADD or not, having trouble concentrating with all that FLASHING going on.
