That did remind me of the cadaver video we had to study in Massage Class.
The doctor korvorkan (however it's spelled) line made me giggle while I was sipping my peppermint tea. I used to know a road side diner that had a fake menu of road kill, that was funny too.

Well, Alan... I eat people... NO! Cows! I meant Cows!
Actually, it started in an improv class, and the teacher encouraged me to script it out and produce it. I threw in a bunch of old cannibal jokes, grabbed some music, and there it was, in all it's disgusting glory!
I did leave a few jokes out...
"Did you hear about the cannibal who passed his mother-in-law in the woods?"
"Donner party of 8! Er, seven... um six?"
"Hey Jeffery! Where's the lettuce? I think there's a head in the fridge!"
And the hits just keep on coming!!!,
