|
|
Hi there....i am so frustrated and wondered if anyone out there is having a similar problem. When i upload my demo or an audition, aftyer is says the demo has been uploaded, they ask you to play back to make sure you can hear the upload. Well, the problem for me is when i click to lsiten it stays at 0% loading and it won't playback for me. I have this with AOL and Safari and i am not quite sure how to rectify the problem. Oh and I use a MAC. I have re installed adobe flash Player and i have emptoed my cache and my cookies.
Does anyone have advice or know how to rectify this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!!!!!

Debbie,
Well I checked out everything, I uploaded a demo on my profile and that worked. I uploaded a demo to a lead and that worked. SO the heck if I know.
I checked your profile and you have obviously done that part OK.
The only thing I have is making sure you are uploading an MP3 file.
Nice voice by the way. I like your sound. _________________ Keith D. Milby - voices.keithdmilby.com |

Debbie: THis sort of thing happens to me frequently on TOS, but not here. I would ask Freddie or call customer service right away. Perhaps its a setting issue on their end??

Debbie,
Make sure it's a 64kbps,mono,mp3 you're uploading (simpler for v123).
Also, you may have to clear your browser's cache. Sometimes it gets a bit full and gums up the works (in technical terms )

Could be a problem with AOL. I've heard other's complain about them.
AOL is actually a "bulletin board" with proxy servers. When you're surfing the "net", you're actually surfing their proxy servers and sometimes they don't update very often so you could be seeing old pages.
May be, may be not....just a thought. _________________ Allen Scofield
