Have you experienced poor playback quality of V123 auditions? I submit my mp3's at 96 kbs and 128 kbs and it makes no difference. They all play back with an unintended "swoosh" affecting the audio file.
When I use the services of "Brand V" - their competition, there is no degredation of my mp3's and the audio sounds fine.
I WANT V123 to succeed, and I'm eagerly anticipating the New V123, but I really hope that this issue gets solved.
Have any of you experienced this, too? |

Hello Bill,
The good news are that Voice123´s playback system will be improved soon with the version 2.0 to 96 Kbps. In the meantime it is recommended to upload at 64 kbps, Mono, 44.1 kHz.
The results can vary depending on your recording settings, conversion specifics, etc
Let us know if that helps. |

Yep, I've been having it happen for about a month now. It is not submittable in 64 kbps, Mono, 44.1 kHz. I have to submit is 320 kbps, Mono, 44.1 kHz after multiple compressions. TOS and three additional locations of my mp3's sound off just fine. _________________ SaVoa No. 07006 |
