If you have been making diligent attempts to get paid and they are either ignoring the requests or avoiding you, then get your agreements, communications and any other supporting documents together and hire a collection agency. They are usually free of charge until they can collect the debt.
When you do this, you will probably be burning a bridge with the client for future business, but who wants a deadbeat client?
If you have not been contacting the client- do so immediately.

If you trust them, have them send you a monthly check. (work and get paid)
If you don't, have them send you the first check first. (get paid and work) _________________ Keith D. Milby - voices.keithdmilby.com |
