I understand all the other requirements on a job posted (8 Khz, 8 bit, mono, U-law format .wav file.) but have not come across U-law, is it something I can achieve using either pro-tools or I-tunes?

Thanks, no rush as I'm not auditioning for this one, just need to know for future reference.

Also I´m not sure if you can do it with protools, but audacity does the trick.
