what computer store would you recommend on Long Island

Hi there,
Different topic but just trying to grab someone's attention, Freddie, others, what computer store would you recommend on Long Island regarding bringing my tower and having them install a good soundcard?

Anyone?? I have been living in silence and now no soundcard installed at all. So I need to do something tuite-suite. (spelling)

HI Freddie,

While surfing the other night I found LI Computer repair, I think that's the name and "Steve" came over to my house from Hempstead and took my tower and is working with Emu to assist him in getting this darn sound card to work. He appears very nice, and hope that I will be back in business tonight. Maybe I will be able to send through an audition tonight. That would be cool. Not holding my breath but hopeful about getting all to work correctly. Happy Easter!

I'd skip a card. There's no need for it. There are a number of manufacuters from Presonus to M-Box that make firewire and USB interfaces that work with P.C.'s and Mac's

There is a Guitar Center on 48th in Long Island City that has tons of mics and interfaces and you should be able to audition things there.
