What to say??

Hi, I'm new to Voice123 and just started answering leads yesterday. I am having trouble figuring out what to say in the comments section when answering a lead. I assume it's like a cover letter of sorts, but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

Most have form letters that they paste in.

I will leave it to others for recommended content b/c I would like to know myself. I currently just have something along the lines of Thank you for taking the time, I have quick turn around, I pride myself on great customer service, look forward to working with you blah blah blah.
