Hey Steve!
Since you're a newbie, I'll give you the tour...
Visit the "Hello" forum and post a brief intro with your goals so we can get to know you.
You can post an uploaded mp3 in the "voice over Idol" section for review by other people.
... and the oddly named "Demo Of The Day" has a weekly thread where folks post their auditions for review.
Take a look around - plenty of info out here already!
