I am touched that you guys jumped in and gave such good advice and commentary! It just goes to show what a good group of people hang around here.
What happened was, I wanted to post some pics of the studio before, during and after (note that the second pic says "before"). I had to figure out how to reduce the size of the pictures that I have, and by the time I got them posted I had to run out and do some errands. By the time I got back to post the "during" and "after" photos, you all had done your thing.

Too funny Karen.
Yup, you're right ... It doesn't take long at all for these fine folks to lend a helping hand.
NOW GET TO WORK!
To reduce photos easily (on Windows):
Open "My Computer" and browse to where the photo's are...
Right Click on the pic and select "Open With", choose "Microsoft Photo Editor".
Click "Image" on the menu bar, then "Resize"...
Click the Pulldown at the bottom and choose "pixels"
Enter a Width of "800"
Ok, and Save.
That gives a good size for forum posts.

Colin, nice set up (of course)!!! What is that box/rack thing that your Symetrix is in? I should prolly look at getting one of whatever it is. Right now, my Symetrix is just sitting right on top of my Zephyr, which is on the shelf.

That's an SKB 8-space portable rack. I traded someone another piece of equipment for it. It goes for something like $129. A bit pricey. If you are interested, go to...

...and search on SKB. You can get them as small as 2-space.
Here's a closer look....

Thanks Colin. Yah, it is pricey for what it is. Maybe I'll find one on eBay. THANKS for the closeup!

Here's my setup. Had to send one of my monitors back to Alesis, so I was waiting for it to return before I took pics. Sorry about the quality. My ex-wife took my digital camera, so all I have is my phone!

Yeah, it ain't a real studio unless you have some stuff that glows sweetly when the lights are off. I have another two LavaLamps, one for each Tannoy. Now that winter is approaching it's time to get them out again. They run WAY too hot for summer.

LOL, that's my Starbucks mug. The Snowball's actually behind it on its own little stand.
As for VOICE, I'm not sure if I'm going to make it next year. August is the most expensive time to travel out of the country. Anyway, I'm not sure if Penny and James have forgiven me for going AWOL from the Q&A to shoot high powered weaponry with DB Cooper. Honestly, I didn't know I was supposed to be on the Q&A as well!
Maiku.
