Hey all!
I'm just got to the party, so I guess I have some proverbial "catching up" to do.
I've done some professional work (tv, radio, etc) but its always been through a referral from someone who has heard me. I'm just curious as to what the best way to whether or not I'm doing anything wrong.

I know there's not always any rhyme or reason to why a seeker selects talent, but I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything WRONG!
