OK, so I have been workin' my butt off at my new job and to blow off steam, I had a few. Then, I started to try and do a TOS audition... big mistake... but humorous. It was suggested that I post this here in the spirit of BLOOPERS that more may post their funny moments in the studio. I did not submit any part of this as an audition.

WARNING: S-word. If you don't like the "s-word" don't listen....

This is so funny. It just keeps getting better.

You couldn't have been that in the bag if you can get "Montana Dakota" out that well.

I admire your determination. prost

Atta boy....you posted it!

Colin sent this to me earlier. I was peeing my pants. So, for those who have happened upon this---take the time to stop and smell the...er..um....roses. You really need to listen to this in its entirety.

The roses may smell a little like bourbon.

Colin:

Thanks for the laugh. Also thanks for reminding us that anybody can encounter those mental blocks while trying to read plain english!

I'll remember this for the next time.

The tell-tale is I kept saying "dollar FOR gallon" instead of PER gallon.

Does anyone else talk to themselves in the studio? I even addressed myself by name.

Either Way, it's about $2.15 less than I pay and usually after I'm done filling up with petrol I wanna go get drunk too! Razz

Absolutely I talk to myself! I usually forget to save my outtakes but its usually full of "C'mon Keebler" this and "Let's go Keebler that"

Here's one from a while back...

i was on the air drunk once. don't remember the shift at all. i do recall a woman calling me in the studio to thank me for explaining what "FM" meant. (went back to the aircheck to figure out what she was calling about and it turns out in one break i said "XXXX-FM... frequency modulation.) i sounded pretty loose i'll tell you that much! Very Happy

Great stuff Jacob! This is fun. Studio outtakes. Aren't they the true "bloopers?"

Anyone else?

Thanks so much for the laugh! Now, I don't feel quite so bad about all the extra takes I have to do on my auditions....although I can't say that alcohol was the cause of my bloopers. Laughing

Maybe I'll go dig through my pile and see if I've kept any of that.
