Scott-
You've all captured certain dynamics of the original but I'd have to give the nod to you on this one Puppyman!
Cira-
Definitley hearing some great Wilma moments mixed in there... maybe if you tightened that pearl necklace just a bit. I think I'd need to hear a little more to be sure. Do you think you could post a sample of you singing that "Here we come on the run with a burger on a bun" song that she sang with Betty?

Thanks Dave and David... Points well-taken!
And I won't sing it, but here it is:
Here we come on the run
With a burger on a bun
And a dab of coleslaw on the side
Oh your taste we will tickle
With a cold dill pickle
And all of our potatoes are french fried fried fried
Our burgers can't be beat
Because we grind our own meat
grind grind grind grind grind
If Fred Flinstone and Barney Rubble
Think that they're not in a lot of trouble
They're out of their mind mind mind mind mind
They're out of their mind mind mind mind mind

On the "Jim Crawford" sweepstakes, I put Thom as the leader in the clubhouse. I think Colin may have come a bit closer to capturing the cadence but, darn it, his voice is just too deep to replicate the one in the clip. Tough problem to have.
Cira -- I also think Colin was right when he told you to "go for it." Yours may not be a dead-on impersonation of Wilma (which would have been hard to do because there were two different Wilmas and Tress MacNielle didn't sound exactly like Jean Vander Pyl, who was, after all, doing her impression of Audrey Meadows as Alice Kramden), but it certainly captured the essence of Wilma.

Anyone else in on this? I tried the second line a couple of times and I'd love to hear what professional opinion would have to say for this (somewhat sickly) audition.

Well, we're all having a delightful, yabba-dabba doo time! This has been fun - well done, Lee & Cira!
Here's an audition to voice someone's podCasts. Odd voicing on behalf of someone else... but who knows?!

Jacob, I am a huge fan of yours. Very real, authentic, and cool. And I thought the second voice was hysterical. I don't get it, but I like it.

Thanks Kent, the feelings appear to be mutual between us.
The Seekers were asking for a young guy who could reference (interpreted by me as "imitate") a Jingle they already had produced. There was supposedly a female part and announcer part as well...

I MADE IT! I'M HERE!
HELP ME! SOMEBODY!
Despite four days of attempts, profile uploads, e-mails to customer service and voodoo involving pigeons, entrails, and incanting Dave DeAndrea's name backwards (try that sometime), I cannot access Savvy.
So I snuck in on a dear young friend's visa.
Kent LaTurno; your someone else's podcast was righteously brilliant. I mean, even though I knew it was you, you had become someone else after about four seconds. Absolutely brilliant! Much tugging of the forelock and genuflecting from these muffled quarters.
I liked the Wilmas and Freds, but expect no less from Lee and Cira.
Man, I've been silenced so long, I need to quell a babble-attack.
So instead, I'll just post my version of the much-heard Phantom Soldiers.
From what I've heard (and been unable to comment upon), they have got a heck of a selection job before them.
