After a slow March, things are looking up.

I landed a hosting job for a series of infomercials for a national orthopedics company. They are 30 minute radio things that you would hear on talk radio, most likely on Sunday mornings at 6am!

Right now, it's regional. But they are talking about going national with it and asked me about producing as well.

Hope it works out that way.

Here is a snippet of what it sounds like. Pretty boring actually. Laughing

Hi Todd ~

Haven't officially "met" you yet so - Hi there!

You sound like you're…uummm….good looking.

Oh, yes, comments on your post: Congratulations! I'm really happy for you and that must have been a great feeling to get that gig. Regional is great, but national would be even better! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Your voice is PERFECT for that gig. You sound natural, relaxed, reassuring, and trustworthy. Great delivery and not boring at all. Loved your demos on your site too. You’re really, really, good. Bravo for a wonderful body of work.

You're looking and sounding just fine, Todd -- and as Melba has told us in another thread, none of us are bad looking, we just need better lighting.

(and perhaps a smidge of make up, a little Photoshop, and a whopping dose of inner beauty to show though!)

Congrats on the gig, handsome.

Thank you.

It looks like I'll be producing as well and that is a really good thing. Very easy to produce and doubles the money I would get for just the VO.

Me likey. Very Happy
