Doug,

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I have to be honest and say these spots don't work for me.

there are a few instances where words are getting swallowed and it's a little mushy..like the first spot, about 3 or 4 seconds in....I didn't get initially that you were stating a guys's name.

in the first spot I was getting the impression you were sort of doing a parody of a traditional announcer, and I don't think this was intentional on your part, but correct me if I'm wrong.

So to my ears, your spots are coming across kind of announcery and not ringing true. It's especially evident in the last spot.

I think you are kind of stuck in a "what I think it should sound like"
mode, instead of just approaching it very naturally and conversationally. Like I said, it's really apparent in the last spot where your emotion did not ring true to me at all.

It needs a tune up, not a major overhaul.... you have all the tools to make it happen.
