hmm? Bake someone else cookies all the way....or just start out with some raw cookie dough. It's messy. It needs a real drum track on it for timing. And like most of my stuff it needs instruments!!!!!!!

I know I need to redo the vocals but there is no sense until I have music.

Yo Deby. It's all but impossible to put music to an already established vocal track....unless it's very short (like the vocal tags we've done). Ya gotta have some kind of click track, introduction, progression idea, key or "feel" to do that. I have just about every kind of track/style/speed of music you can think of if you want me to supply you with a track.

I'll give you a call in the next few days and we can listen to some tracks I have and see if one catches your ear.

Deby,

I'll work on a drum track for you today. Do you have the voice track without the tamborine by any chance?

Cheers,
Cameron

I'm thinking piano and accoustic base. What do you think, Sid?

I actually got the idea from an old jingle for perfume....."I can bring home the bacon...fry it up in pan.....and never never let you forget your a man."
I wrote it 3 years ago when I did not have recording equipment but a guitar player asked me to write a blues song. It's my first attempt at writing the blues (since I mostly do pop). About a month ago a saw a Cabaret Act in NYC, and remembered I had the lyrics in my filing cabinet.

Guess I've kinda let you down Deby but I'll try harder. Here's a really good generic Blues Track you can write and sing to your hearts content. I have the alternate track with lead guitar as well that I can edit around your vocals. I lost your regular e-mail address so if you'll PM me we can communicate better. Sid
