Has anyone else received the following message from their voices-com profile?
"Dear Sir/Madam I read with great interest , your advertisement for this position. I have the experience and qualifications you're seeking and would like to set up an interview to discuss this opportunity. I would be delighted to discuss compensation during a personal conversation . I look forward to speaking with you , where we can discuss my background and goals and how they relate to your current needs and future plans. Thank you in advance for reviewing my picture on my favorite web site . http://charlesonsjournal.blogspot.com Please call me just for any help you need at [edited out] thanks. Cheers charles fiawooo "
Have a look at his blog! Oh, my!
My favorite bits are: "My none, profit charity program , helps and sponsor major affiliate promotional MODELS to avoid-work-at-home scams..." "why we want you to be rich..."
Please note that I highlighted the funny bits, it was not on the original, however everything else including spelling is. _________________ Claire Dodin voix off / French voice talent

Hi Claire,
I didn't get the lead/message myself (thankfully!)
Follow through to his voices-com site. Unbelievable!
What on earth is going on here?
Have a listen to his 'demos'-he must have spent at least an hour in front of the TV recording grabs from movies.
I think that is probably the sum total time he has spent in the VO industry!
Hilarious!
I have a feeling that Voice's gatekeeper systems might have let them down. Or, he might have found a loophole.
I haven't read his 'blog' completely, but what I have seen is pretty incoherent and rambling. Also, large swathes look like they've been cut and pasted from somewhere else.
I've contacted Voices to query his presence on their site.
Let's see what happens now...
Cheers!

I have not, Claire. But then, I almost never hear ANYTHING from that site. I'm not sure why, but while I'm ranked something like 39th top 'favorite' overall there (no idea how that happened), I never seem to land any work thru that site. I'd almost appreciate getting spammed from there just to know I'm being heard!
