Charging for ELearning VO

Hello all

I've been doing voice over for elearning (on demand courses) for years but the cost has been included in my salary because I'm a content production and elearning consultant. I've had several companies approach me to do vo for their courses and I'm at a loss to what hourly rate I should be charging.

I'd greatly appreciate your input.

I've worked for as low as $35/hour up to $175/hour of my time for eLearning. The greater your expertise, quality and speed as a VO artist and audio producer, the higher your rate should be.

I generally charge $250 for the first five minutes of recorded narration and $100 for each additional five minutes.
