I'd like to propose (and let me know if you all agree or disagree) that anyone wanting to post their demo for critique please do so in a NEW post. I see some people unintentionally "hijacking" others' posts with their own demo links. The replies then become about the other person's demo rather than the original poster's.
I know this is not intended, but I think we'd avoid confusion if people would post a new topic for their own demo rather than piggyback someone else. Then, if you want to request comments on YOUR demo you can refer people to YOUR post instead of taking over (again, I know it's not on purpose) the other person's post.
Just a courtesy. Thoughts? |

Thank you Chip,
We believe you are totally correct, it will be much easier to keep some kind of order in the replies, it can become quite confusing if we attempt to provide feedback to more than one demo per forum (or at least one talent).
We really appreciate you bringing this up to our attention and are totally sure we can count on everyone’s cooperation. |

Hello again Chip,
We looked in to the situation and we decided to enforce this, we’ll be watching these forums closely to split them when necessary.
Thank you so much. |

| I may be one of those people you're talking about, and my intention has not been to hijack someone else's post with my demo... it's been to offer something for the original poster to listen to as - hopefully - something helpful. Why else do we have the option when replying to these posts to be able to add an attached demo? |

Scott,
In cases like the ones you’ve posted demos, it is understandable you are doing it to offer some kind of audio help or guidance.
In those cases it’s ok. |
