a private lead client was unable to recieve the demo i sent him...
fortunately, i sent the client an email asking he contact me in case he cant get it i via the V123 site...
this a V123 or client problem?

John,
I once experienced the same problem, but unless I'm lucky enough to hear back from the client, it's sayanara. Also, every once in a great while (it actually just happened yesterday), I submit the wrong demo, then am unable to retrieve it. My fault...but just the same, it's easy to make a mistake when your fate lies in the push of a button!

Since e-mail addresses are usually included on Private Leads, I find it advantageous to send them via SendYourFiles.com, or some similar large-file relay server.
Not only are you not as limited space-wise, but you receive confirmation when they download it.
Just a little reassurance in this rickety voiceover world.
