What's a "Mad Mixer"?

Call me an idiot, call me clueless. You'd be completely correct. So fully aware of calling attention to my stupidness, can anyone tell me what a "Mad Mixer" is? I need to (duh, obviously) add music to my cuts to jazz them up and although I've been in editing a long time (even though that's impossible because I'm only 26 Ha! I wish) I have no clue about audio. There. I said it. Now you know my dirty little secret. So, (in my very best Jerry Seinfeld) what's the deal with mad mixers? Are they people we can hire to mix music and SFX into our clips (I hope, I hope!). Okay, since last I posted I went out and bought myself some new gear, Mic, interface w/preamp, software, etc. Been reading books, listening to fantastic voicers, and PRACTICING MY VOCAL CHORDS OFF! Been re-working my demos (just the reads) and have been reading about Mad Mixers. Just want to know. And by the way.... thanks for all the help. Y'all been great!

Hello Dina,

I think it is related to cell phone ring tones, either a mixer or a recorder.(not sure really).
