Once again i have a problem with correct pronunciation of some names for a trailer project. Could anybody be of assistance, please 
Neneh Cherry (Trip-hop musician)
cirKus (Neneh Cherry's band)
hmmmm, I must say I've never heard these names before, although they seem to be big shots in the music business...

THANK YOU! you just saved my life Unfortunately I have no kids to ask, the neighbour kids are on a vacation and the trailer should go online in 2 hours.... (why is our job so stressy sometimes

You are right on (Circus). But I am pretty sure it is (NeeNah).
She had some stuff chart in the late 90s.

As a former radio rock-jock, I believe "Nay'nuh" is correct. At least that's the way ALL the jocks at that station said it.

I was a fan of hers back in the early 90's....and this was the pronunciation that I was familiar with. |
